Delivery

How much will it cost to deliver my order?
Our standard delivery charge is £6.00. 

All orders will be shipped as soon as possible - subject to payment authorisation and availability of stocks.

If some items on your order are out of stock we will only ship your order when all the items become available. If you would prefer to receive those items which are available immediately then we suggest you place a separate order for those which are currently out of stock.

When will you despatch my order?
This will depend on the time you placed your order and the method of despatch you have selected.

Standard Delivery

Provided that your order is placed by 12 noon on a week day and all of the items are in stock we will despatch your order within 3 to 4 working days. For in stock orders placed after 12 noon on a week day we will despatch your order within 3 to 4 working day time-frame. Orders placed at the weekend will be deemed as placed prior to 12 noon on a Monday (or Tuesday if Monday is a bank holiday) of the following week.

If there are items on your order which are out of stock the entire order will be shipped as soon as all of the items become available. If you would rather not wait for the remainder of your order to come in to stock, we would advise that you place a separate order for these items.

Standard UK next-day delivery is via Parcelforce. You should expect to receive your items on a next day basis (day after despatch) Please note that someone will be required to sign for parcels.



What are my delivery options to an address outside the UK, i.e. Ireland?
Standard International method is suitable for all orders shipped outside the United Kingdom to Ireland. 

Can I use an alternative delivery address?
If you would like us to ship your order to an alternative address rather than your registered billing address, simply tick the box (when you are checking out) and complete the address details.

Please note: For UK registered credit/debit cards we can only ship to addresses within the UK. This restriction is an online fraud prevention measure issued by the banking community to which we must adhere.

Please note: International orders can only be shipped to the billing address and PO Box addresses may not be accepted.
Can I track my delivery?
Standard UK Delivery: If you parcel has not arrived please contact the Molten Sports office to obtain a tracking reference for your order.

All orders are despatched via Parcelforce next day delivery service (the day after despatch) If you are concerned that an order placed with us has not arrived the following day as expected please telephone us on 0115 985 3500 or e-mail Customer Services at

assist@unicorngroup.com and we can track your order for you.

Will I need to sign for my delivery?
Standard UK delivery: Yes, you will need to sign for your delivery.

Overseas Orders, VAT and Import Duties
If your delivery country is inside the European Union then your order will be subject to VAT (Value Added Tax).

VAT @ 20% will be automatically calculated and included in your total according to the delivery country that you select when placing your order.

For exports to countries outside the EU: although these are exempt from VAT you may be requested to pay import duties by your government, you will be notified by the courier that delivers your goods should this be the case.

Some countries (including but not limited to Israel, Norway, Switzerland and Turkey) do not impose the import duties on products shipped from the EU, however in some cases you may be required to pay a local sales tax. You will be notified by the courier that delivers your goods if this is the case.

Missing or damaged delivery
If your goods have been received damaged or are missing please contact Customer Services immediately, either by telephone 0115 985 3500 or by e-mail to assist@unicorngroup.com  

If the goods are damaged we will need a proof of this damage, so you will need to return the item to us for inspection as soon as you can. By speaking to our Customer Services you will be advised of your best course of action. Once we have verified the damage we can then send you a replacement item.

If your order has gone missing then we must wait 5 days past the standard delivery time until we can re-send the items purchased.
